Revised January 20, 2010. Max level for each skill is now 6.

Sound Clips and Custom Models
As of January 20, 2010. I will allow the use of custom player models and sound clips for your private race. HOWEVER, you are entirely responsible for providing me with these models and sound clips (sounds played during spawn or skill trigger). They MUST be appropriately compiled and ready to be added to the server for immediate use. Existing private race owners may request models and sound clips be added to their races.

This is MANDATORY. Any thread not following this convention will be pruned. Again, I will make the final decision regardless of the poll result. This method is just a good way for me to see the community's opinion of your race.

Important Notice
BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT FOR A PRIVATE RACE, YOUR RACE SPECIFICATIONS HAS TO BE APPROVED BY ME FOR IT TO BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY PRIOR TO APPROVAL. CHECK YOUR THREAD TO CONFIRM WHETHER YOUR RACE HAS BEEN APPROVED OR DENIED.

Private Race Guidelines
- A private race is available for purchase for only $15.00USD. You are responsible for the name of the race and its skills.
- Make sure the race isn't overpowered. If it is, I will make necessary adjustments to the skill effects.
- You have an option of sharing the private race with one friend.
- Private races may become public races within a few months, depending on popular demand.
- Limit of 6 skills, levels are from 4-6. Higher level limit may indicate a potentially stronger race.
- Your race has a maximum limit of 8 different types of abilities, such that one or two skills may contain two abilities (i.e., speed and health in one skill), however they will not be as effective compared to one ability per skill.

Arbitrary Skill Limits for Gun Races
Skill limits are arbitrary, which should provide flexibility when working with your race. For example, if you are looking to create a race with an emphasis on speed you may use a value higher than 1.35 at the expense of other attributes listed below (Note: you may use them in your skill set, but they won't be as effective).
- 75% Invisibility
- 175 Health
- 1.35 Speed
- 45% Gravity
- 25 Damage
- 60% Damage
- Movement Stun only
- Status Ailment proc rate 35%
- Evasion rate 30%
Note: Can be higher if temporary or procs occasionally(Orc critical strike, Drow Ranger windwalk)

Terms
1. Private Races are typically adjusted to the standard of Lv 500-700 tier races.
2. There is a temporary period when adjustments can be made to your private race after it is added to the server.
3. Private races may be adjusted under special circumstances when the prerequisite for newer races extend to significantly higher levels.
4. You are wholly responsible for the skills you decide on for your race. Carefully and thoroughly plan out your race skills.
5. Private races are not designed to allow you to dominate every other player in the server. Please do not expect to be able to go 40-1 or something like that.
6. Money generated from private race purchases help finance the server.

What type of request do you favor if one would love to ask for a skin/sound for an existing private-race?

Um do we just send you the skins we download from FPSbanana and also load them onto our side of the game? I know we can do models but I am ok with just skins.

I am not sure how easy this process of doing the skins is. Is it just drag the downloaded content into the ics folder in our cstrike pathing? Can someone with better knowledge explain what I need to do to make this as smooth for Kano as possible?

Euth, you can't just do skins I don't think. I believe you need to compile them using that tut to make them serverside.

A lot of people are missing these two things:

Polls: Approve or Deny, no third option, not joke options, two. 1.2.

The max skill level a skill can be now is SIX, not EIGHT.

Please adjust your races accordingly if you haven't done so.

I thought this means: Higher levels than 4-6 simply could indicate potentially stronger races...
Did I misunderstand that? I was about to ask for a race with skills that max out at 10
