Hey I bought stuff from the store a week ago and I have received not even a follow up email or PM. I understand you guys are busy and it is difficult to satisfy everyone at once. But all I ask for is that you give me an email that says you are busy or something. I have run a superhero mod on 1.6 years ago, I know how easy it is to add levels and give gold to a person probably 10 mins TOPS. So if you would PLEASE get back to me on this. You can argue about this all day long (about, how long it takes to add, and if he's busy or not.) but it all comes down to: have patience.
I have to be honest though, a week is long, but you can only have patience. kano's always very busy from what I hear, so you can't expect him to be on at least once a day to check everything and to do everything.
It's not like he has a team that works with/for him to help him. ('cept the admins)
Doubt this helps, but waiting really is the only thing you can do.
Edit: you can also send a PM to Kano and see if he responds to that.

Yes I am new to this. This is the first time I have played WCS for source. I have just been playing CAL league mostly. However I just dont seem to understand why it would take 2 weeks to do the simple tasks needed for a WCS server. Does Kano do absolutely everything by himself? Especially since from what i've heard this is the most played WCS server in all of CS:S. So even though it will take him 2 weeks to add levels or give gold, do you think it is not good business to atleast give me an email or PM to tell me when i can/should expect to receive what I have bought?
