- Sad day. I would have been glad to have helped out with any of the issues, but it looks like it'd be to no avail. Guess I'll have to find a new game to spend my time on.

I'll say one thing. When I played with Kataklysme, I had no issues with the person. In fact, he was a respectful player and although new to the server, didn't mind him unlike a lot of the new community of mic-spammers and etc.
So, it's somewhat shocking and makes me disappoint to find out he was spamming music. I'm surprised the player that asked him to play the clip hasn't fessed up, as he was asking me to do something about it not too long ago. Be that as it may, I would like to chime in on an opinion, if only based on positive impression that I gathered from him from the time I have actually played with him.
Unlike a lot of the other posts that we find on here with regards to mic-spamming, he's actually acting responsibly for it and respectful for it. I propose lowering the duration to a week, at the very least, in recognition for it. Just a proposal, as I do not really oppose the ban since I'm -very- harsh on mic-spammers and will not tolerate it on the server. If this player does it again, I would not hesitate to throw the perm back on there for him. Again, just my opinion, as I don't care if he remains banned as I hate people that play clips and he wouldn't be an exception.
